1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and the coordination services provided by Health Clinic TR Sağlık Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we", "us", "our"), registered at Cumhuriyet Mah. Halaskargazi Cad. Menekşe Apt. No:115/2 Şişli, İstanbul, Türkiye. By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our role as a facilitator

We act as a facilitator and coordinator, authorised by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health as an International Health Tourism Facilitator Institution (certificate AK-1206). We arrange and coordinate care that is delivered by independent, accredited partner hospitals and clinics — we are not the medical provider and we do not practise medicine.

Our responsibility is for the coordination service itself: assessing your enquiry, matching you with an appropriate partner provider, and organising your treatment plan, travel and aftercare arrangements. Responsibility for clinical assessment, treatment and its outcome rests with the treating hospital or clinic and its clinicians, who are regulated in Türkiye.

3. Quotes, bookings & payments

Enquiries, assessments and treatment plans are free and place you under no obligation. No payment is taken through this website, and we do not collect card or bank details through it.

If you decide to proceed, the price, what the package includes and excludes, and the payment arrangements are set out in the written treatment plan we provide, and are confirmed with you before you commit to anything. Prices quoted are valid only for the period stated in that plan, and may change if your clinical needs change after assessment.

4. Cancellations, changes & refunds

You may withdraw an enquiry at any time at no cost. Once a booking is confirmed, the cancellation, change and refund terms that apply are those set out in the written treatment plan and booking confirmation you accept, together with the terms of any third-party hospital, airline or hotel involved. Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

A clinician may advise against, postpone or change a planned procedure if assessment shows it is not appropriate for you. Patient safety takes precedence, and we will tell you what this means for your arrangements.

5. Medical care, consent & responsibility

Treatment is provided by independent partner hospitals and their medical teams, who are responsible for the clinical care delivered. You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical information and for providing informed consent to your treating provider before any procedure.

6. Travel & accommodation

Where we arrange travel, transfers or accommodation, we do so as a Group A travel agency licensed by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism under licence No. 15808 (Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies). Flights, hotels and transfers are supplied by independent providers and are also subject to their own terms, which we will make available to you.

You are responsible for your travel documents, visa and any travel or medical insurance, and for telling us about anything that affects your ability to travel.

7. Website use & intellectual property

You may use this website for lawful, personal and informational purposes only. The content, branding and materials on this website are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for providing our coordination service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the clinical judgement, treatment or outcomes of the independent hospitals, clinics and clinicians who deliver your care, nor for the acts of independent airlines, hotels or transfer providers.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Information on this website is general and is not medical advice; it does not replace an assessment by a qualified clinician.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there where the law allows.
