• Your messages and enquiry details.

Health information and photographs are "special category" data and are processed only with your explicit consent, for the purpose of assessing your enquiry.

How we use your data & lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a treatment plan (consent / steps prior to a contract).
• To arrange and coordinate care with partner facilities (consent).
• To improve our website and services (legitimate interests, where permitted).

Sharing your data

We share your details only with the parties needed to deliver the service you asked for:

• the accredited, Ministry of Health–authorised partner hospitals and clinics in Türkiye that would assess or carry out your treatment;
• travel and accommodation providers, where you ask us to arrange those as part of your package;
• service providers who help us operate this website and our correspondence, acting on our instructions.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your enquiry, your health information or your photographs for advertising — those go only to the parties listed above. Advertising measurement is separate and narrower: if you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel shares information about your visit to this website with Meta, as described in our Cookie Policy. Because the treatment you are enquiring about takes place in Türkiye, providing your enquiry to a partner hospital means transferring your data outside the UK and EEA. Where you have asked us to arrange treatment there, that transfer is made on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting info@healthclinicturkiye.com.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as we need it: for an enquiry that does not proceed, until it is clear you no longer want us to hold it; where treatment is arranged, for as long as needed to coordinate your care and aftercare and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to us. After that it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your data at any time at info@healthclinicturkiye.com.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@healthclinicturkiye.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority (e.g. the UK ICO).
